Returns & Exchanges
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website shoplulub.com, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the "Site").
ONLINE PURCHASES MADE THROUH THE SITE ARE FINAL.
Should you receive the wrong item, please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address below within 3 days from the delivery date. The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
SALE MERCHANDISE, COSMETICS, UNDERWEAR, SELECT LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, COSMETICS, AND GIFT CARDS / E-GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.
LULU B RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCESSIVE RECEIPTED AND NON-RECEIPTED RETURNS.
To ensure proper processing, please specify wrong item(s) on the return form. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise to confirm that the item is the wrong item. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the return form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available for an exchange, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
Refunds can only be made to the exact gift card, e-gift Certificate or store-credit used for the original purchase. Please retain the gift card, e-gift certificate and/or store credit after your online purchase, for return refunds and future purchases.
Lulu B will not cover additional shipping fees if a Customer makes an error on the delivery address.
ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SHOPLULUB.COM/ LULU B INC. WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
